Tina Jøhnk Christensen is an award-winning freelance journalist based in Los Angeles. She is a member of The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and is voting for the Golden Globes Awards. Tina holds a Master of Arts Degree in English Literature and Film Science and specializes in film and entertainment news, features, interviews as well as travel stories.

 

Previous to her journalism career, Tina started her own company TJC Communication and Translation focusing on translation of fiction and non-fiction from English and German into Danish. She also taught British Film History and British Literary History from 1350-present at the University of Odense, Denmark.

 

In 2000, she started her professional writing career in Italy focusing on travel and social issues. Since 2001, she is the Hollywood reporter for several major Danish newspapers and magazines as well as Swedish magazines.

 

Tina was born in Odense, Denmark. She is fluent in English and German and speaks Italian and some French. She is a member of the Danish Union of Journalists.
